See the hierarchy
Collections and subcollections preserve context, counts and recorded value while keeping photographs prominent.
The first product from Trovecta
Your collection,
fully realised.
Exhibit combines fast, photo-first capture with flexible organisation, useful insight and presentation worthy of the things you have taken the time to collect.
The collection
does the talking.
Exhibit creates a calm frame around your objects and their stories, whether you are adding one item or revisiting an entire collection.
Capture without the admin
Start with a photograph.
Take a photo or choose one from your library, add the essentials, and save. Exhibit keeps the first step quick while leaving room for condition, value, location, notes, custom fields and more when you need them.
Up to six photosOrder them, choose the lead image and preserve the full original.
Assisted identificationReview supported matches and suggested details before applying them.
Flexible item typesUse supplied templates or shape fields around your own collection.
Value evidenceRecord prices and assess supported items against marketplace evidence.
Structure that adapts
As simple or serious as your collection.
Browse visually, add subcollections, use direct and inherited tags, search across the whole workspace, and keep specialist detail available without crowding the everyday experience.
Record what matters
Item types, custom fields, tags, grading, lifecycle and history support depth without making it compulsory.
Understand the whole
Overview and item insights turn recorded information into a clearer picture of the collection over time.
Showcase
Make it worth sharing.
Exhibit can turn selected collection content into a public showcase with purpose-built presentation templates. Your private authoring state stays separate from the public result, and you decide what is featured.
- Immersive and photo-index presentation styles.
- Curated home and collection writing with owner edits preserved.
- Featured collections, item photography and presentation controls.
- Public viewing separated from private editing and account data.
Trust beneath the surface
Your account. Your workspace. Your collection.
Exhibit uses a shared Trovecta account, keeps device work responsive through local storage, and synchronises authenticated workspace data with protected server services. An optional biometric lock adds another device-level safeguard.
In development
Marketplace selling is being built and tested against eBay Sandbox. Connecting an eBay selling account, publishing listings and tracking sales are not released features and are not presented here as available.
